welcome to the tales of our crazy life
I'm Heather. I'm over-caffeinated, under appreciated and constantly amused by these two crazy peeps we call our daughters.
I started this blog in April 2006 because I don't want to forget a single second of this awesome life. Why a blog? Because I'm a slacker. That's why.
Baby books? I'd actually have to find a pen. Have you SEEN my house? (Shhhhhhht...NOT a question). Scrapbooking? Puh-lease. When you can add six more hours in the day MAYBE we'll talk about it. I do like to sleep. Occasionally.

TEN and FIVE
That's the number of times my poor, sweet baby has thrown up and the number of Scooby Doo reruns we've watched since 2:30 this afternoon.
Dad was hanging with the guys for a day of football watching and man stuff, the girls were at Grandma's house for an all-nighter and I was all set consume lots of caffeine and Monkey Bread and get some work done. (More on the Monkey Bread later).
I called to check on girls and found out The Ruler had thrown up. I raced over to pick her up and we've spent the afternoon and evening on the sofa with a bucket close by....poor kid!
I just wish my kisses really were enough to make her all better. I feel so helpless.
Hoping it will pass soon. She's miserable!
